Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed within 72 hours after being placed.

Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the US!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping service chosen as well as the carrier selected. Shipping delays may also occur due to factors outside of Card Cycle's control. 

For tracked services please allow up to 10 business days after your order is shipped.

For lettermail services please allow up to 21 business days after your order is shipped.

What shipping services are offered?

We offer tracked services from a multitude of shipping couriers as well as untracked services via Canada Post lettermail (bubble mailer). Free tracked shipping is available on all orders over $200 CAD before tax.

NOTE: Lettermail services are only applicable to small items (ie. singles, pins, coins, sleeves, booster packs) and are only available for customers in Canada. There is NO tracking or insurance with lettermail services. The buyer assumes any and all risk of loss (including theft) or damage if lettermail is chosen as the desired shipping option.

Plain White Envelope: Only single cards are eligible to be shipped in plain white envelopes. Maximum of 6 cards. Weight must not exceed 30 grams. Orders totalling $50 or more (before tax) are not eligible to be shipped using a plain white envelope and will require either bubble mailer shipping or a tracked service. Any order that does not meet these requirements with the plain white envelope option selected will be subject to additional shipping charges or order cancellation.

Bubble Mailer: Any item mentioned above is eligible for bubble shipping. Items can not exceed 0.8 inches in height or 500 grams in weight. All orders totalling $100 CAD or more (before tax) are not eligible for bubble mailer shipping and will require a tracked service. Any order that does not meet these requirements with the bubble mailer option selected will be subject to additional shipping charges or order cancellation.

Are my orders protected from being lost, stolen or damaged?

All orders shipped with a Canada Post tracked service will come with $100 of coverage in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged package.

Orders shipped via lettermail services do not have any insurance or tracking. By selecting this option you are agreeing to be fully responsible for any financial loss in the event your item is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

NOTE: All orders will be meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure your item is free from any damage. Your items will be securely packaged to avoid any damage while in transit.

My order did not arrive, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived and has surpassed the minimum wait times (10 business days for tracked orders and 21 days for lettermail orders) please contact us and we will investigate your order and determine an appropriate outcome based solely on our discretion.
