Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final once an order is shipped due to the nature of the products that we offer for sale. No returns or exchanges are permitted.
You may request to have an order cancelled as long as the order has yet to be shipped. Please email contact.cardcycle@gmail.com to request an order cancellation as soon as possible to ensure your item is not shipped.
We reserve the right to adjust quantities on all orders.
In the event of the wrong item(s) or inaccurate condition of the product being sent (ie. a ‘lightly played’ card was sent instead of a ‘near mint’ card) we will work to provide a satisfactory solution for the customer. This may include offering a full refund (return postage included) once the item is shipped and received by us, offering a discount code on a future order or offering a price adjustment on the item. The incorrect item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
